01 Geltungsbereich

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Verträge zwischen der Aichnex GbR (nachfolgend „Aichnex" genannt) und Unternehmen im Sinne von § 14 BGB (B2B).

02 Leistungen

Aichnex bietet KI-gestützte Automationslösungen, CRM-Integrationen, Chatbots und Terminvereinbarungssysteme an. Der Leistungsumfang richtet sich nach der jeweiligen individuellen Vereinbarung.

03 Vertragsschluss

Ein Vertrag kommt durch schriftliche Bestätigung, digitale Annahme oder Beginn der Leistungserbringung zustande.

04 Zahlungsbedingungen

Je nach gebuchtem Service erfolgt die Abrechnung entweder einmalig oder monatlich. Zahlungen sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Rechnungsstellung ohne Abzug fällig.

05 Mindestlaufzeit und Kündigung

Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt 2 Monate. Danach kann der Vertrag mit einer Frist von 14 Tagen zum Monatsende schriftlich gekündigt werden.

06 Haftung

Aichnex haftet nur für Schäden, die auf vorsätzlicher oder grob fahrlässiger Pflichtverletzung beruhen. Eine Haftung für mittelbare Schäden und entgangenen Gewinn ist ausgeschlossen.

08 Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand ist Ingolstadt.

01 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Aichnex GbR („Aichnex") and companies as defined by § 14 of the German Civil Code (B2B).

02 Services

Aichnex provides AI-powered automation solutions, CRM integrations, chatbots, and appointment-setting systems. The scope of services is determined by individual agreements.

03 Contract Formation

A contract is concluded upon written confirmation, digital acceptance, or by starting the provision of services.

04 Payment Terms

Depending on the selected service, billing is either one-time or monthly. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.

05 Minimum Term and Termination

The minimum contract term is 2 months. After that, the contract can be terminated with 14 days' notice to the end of any month, in writing.

06 Liability

Aichnex is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Liability for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded.

07 Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy applies, available at Privacy Policy.

08 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Jurisdiction is Ingolstadt.
